Callala Bay

Description

The Quarterdeck, only steps away from the pristine white sands of Callala Bay, one of the secret gems of the famous Jervis Bay. This brand-new waterfront property is perfectly situated amongst the gumtrees overlooking the bay. Steps away from Callala Beach and close to the Callala Bay boat ramp, local shops and Huskisson ferry, makes it the perfect beach house for a South Coast escape.

Your Space

Picture yourself relaxing in one of the two swinging chairs overlooking the water, with a good book (or drink!) in hand listening to the lull of the waves as they lap on the shore.

The Quarterdeck has a second stunning outdoor entertainment area overlooking a vast backyard.  It’s fully enclosed making it safe for children and pets alike.  The home is spacious, boasting a large well-equipped kitchen complete with all the essentials including a wine fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and 90cm oven.

There are five beautifully styled bedrooms including a dedicated bunk room, four bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and a double garage complete with EV charger.

If the beach and bush haven’t worn the kids out yet, we’ve got them covered with a dedicated family room complete with large TV, foosball table and old-school board games.

This house will make you feel instantly at home, and can comfortably accommodate two large families, a group of friends or for a large multigenerational family holiday.
