The Space

It starts with natural light which streams in through tall panes of steel-framed windows and doors, a beautiful blending of organic materials such as timber, stone and natural materials, meters of beautiful linens in bedding and sumptuous modular lounges, and of course your every need curated to deliver a true holiday feeling, immersed in luxury touches at every turn.

The focal point of the open-plan kitchen/dining/living areas with their concrete floors and high-pitched ceilings, are stately stone fireplaces, warm, timber joinery and hand-selected furniture and statement sculptural pieces just inviting you to kick your shoes off, take a deep breath and relax.

There’s a seamless connection to the outdoors where you’ll find an entertainer's deck with a built-in outdoor kitchen, outdoor furniture to seat every guest and a sparkling Plungie pool set in beautiful, landscaped gardens.

The Neighbourhood

Set just one street back from the hustle and bustle of Berry’s eclectic shopping strip with its vibrant clusters of boutiques, cafes and restaurants, sits Maple cottages, the newest of the properties in the Linnaeus Collection’s luxury accomodation group.

For families with young children, Maple is a couple of minutes walk from Berry’s acclaimed Boongaree Rotary Nature Play Park, which is packed with nature and sensory fun to suit all ages and abilities. Maple is also just 10 minutes drive through lush, rolling green paddocks to the Pacific Ocean and the long stretches of sand on renowned Seven Mile Beach.
