Beautiful family home set on 5 acres, just 5km from the centre of Berry and a 10 minute drive to 7 mile beach. You get the best of the country and coast!
 

The Space

A spacious home with newly renovated kitchen which is fully stocked, dining area leading onto a large north facing verandah overlooking the pool area and stunning mountain backdrop. Enjoy the local wineries, beaches, walking tracks and shopping that Berry has to offer or simply enjoy time on the property cooking in the wood fired pizza oven or Argentinian grill or enjoying time around the fire pit. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens or pick some herbs or fresh lettuce from the garden.

There is plenty of space for outdoor games or relax by the pool and enjoy the stunning country setting. The house layout is as follows:
Bedroom 1 - King bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 x double beds
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed Bedroom
5 - Queen bed
One of the bedrooms is part of a self-contained 1 bedroom apartment connected to the house, which is perfect for the in laws or teenagers retreat. Or it can just be used as part of the house. Portable cot available on request The backyard is fenced and suitable/safe for young children and pets.
We also have an outside mud room and additional external bathroom.
We have chickens on the property including a rooster who likes to crow early in the morning! It's a real country experience. Help yourselves to fresh eggs and any herbs/lettuces that may be ready to pick during your stay. We will have someone come onto the property to feed the chickens and look after the veggie garden occasionally.

Please respect the chickens and make sure they are locked away at night as Mr Fox is always about.

Please note: there is also a commercial premises next to the house which is not available to guests but feel free to use the parking spaces in front of it, when not in use.
